The first quarter of 2024 saw diverse trends among the top health and fitness apps on iOS in the United Arab Emirates. Here’s a detailed look at their performance based on Sensor Tower data.

Emirates Health Services experienced a fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting the quarter with 3.3K and dipping to 2K in mid-March before rebounding to 2.5K by the end of the quarter. Despite the variations in downloads, weekly revenue remained at $0 throughout the period.

Flo Period & Pregnancy Tracker showed a strong performance in revenue, peaking at $10K in the week of March 11. Weekly downloads gradually increased over the quarter, starting at around 1.6K and reaching 2K by the end of March. Active users also rose steadily from 45.4K in early January to 50.6K by the end of the quarter.

JustFit: Lazy Workout & Fit saw a mixed trend with revenue starting at $4K in early January, dipping mid-quarter, and then rising to $3.5K in the final week of March. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 2K, dropping to 1K in February, and closing at 1.5K. Active user numbers saw a slight increase from 2.3K in early January to 2.3K by the end of the quarter.

Dubai Health - دبي الصحية had a stable download trend, starting at 1.2K in early January and ending at 1.4K by the end of March. Active users saw a decline from 21.3K in early January to 17.8K by the end of the quarter. Similar to Emirates Health Services and HUAWEI Health, Dubai Health did not generate any revenue during this period.
